All products are delivered by courier. We will contact you once your order is received to make an appointment.

Turnaround Time

Average Turnaround - 11 working days - from point of receiving approved hard copy proof. Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays do not count when calculating turnaround.

Returns Policy

If for any reason your printing has manufacturing defects we would be delighted, upon return, to reprint at no charge from your original file. Please email sales@isupplyonline.com for return instructions.

Due to varying monitor calibration, it is impossible for us to run all jobs to match what different clients see on their monitors. We run to uniform ink levels based on the embedded CMYK colours in your artwork file.

Unfortunatly we cannot accept returns if due to incorrect copy or poor photography, so check your proofs carefully. Once the final proof is approved the responsibility lies with you for the work.
